There isn't one right per-foot number, but published decorator price guides commonly land between $10 and $20 per linear foot for a standard air-filled garland, and roughly $25 to $75 per linear foot for denser organic styles — with florals at the top of that range. A classic 8 ft spiral arch is often quoted around $250 to $450. Rates vary a lot by region. Suggested price here is (materials + labor + delivery) × (1 + your markup %). That percent is added on top of cost. It is not profit as a share of the selling price. Work that out first, then divide by length and check it against those ranges.

Well-run balloon decor operations are commonly described as running 40% to 60% profit margins once materials, labor, and overhead are counted. Profit margin is profit divided by the selling price. The percent in this calculator is markup added on top of cost, so typing 50 is a smaller price than a 50% profit margin. If your suggested price lands well under the range you want, the usual cause is unpaid time: build, install, teardown, and the drive all belong in the labor hours, not just the minutes you spend inflating.
